A Public Hearing before the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Middlesex at 1216 St. Rt. 245 will be held on June 15, 2017* at 7:00 p.m. at the Middlesex Town Hall to consider the following Applications:

Applicant: Worden Hill
Property location: 370 East Lake Road – Tax Map ID: 1.76-1-7
Applicant is requesting a variance from the Uniformed Dock and Mooring Law for the purposes of installing a new dock and reconfiguring and existing dock.

Applicant: Tanya Maltman
Property location: 316 Gray Road – Tax Map ID: 3.03-1-22
Applicant is requesting a variance for side setback for the purpose of installing a privacy fence.

Applicant: Sarah Glover
Property location: 1383 Route 245 – Tax Map ID: 32.02-1-17.11
Applicant is requesting a variance for side setback for the purpose of constructing a pole barn.
