NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING FOR TOWN BOARD
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that a public hearing will be held by the Town of Middlesex on the 14th day of May 2026, at 7:00 p.m., at the Middlesex Town Hall, 1216 Route 245, Middlesex, New York, regarding the adoption of a Local Law of the Town of Middlesex for the year 2026, entitled “A Local Law Amending the Zoning Law of the Town of Middlesex to Add Regulations Pertaining to Solar Energy Systems”. This Local Law would amend the Town of Middlesex Zoning Law by adding new definitions pertaining to solar energy systems, by amending the Schedule of Land Uses or Activities to add various types of solar energy systems as either permitted, permitted with a special use permit or not permitted and by adding new regulations pertaining to various types of solar energy systems. Any person shall be entitled to be heard upon said proposed Local Law at such public hearing. NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING FOR ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
The Town of Middlesex Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Meeting on April 2, 2026, at 7 p.m. at the Middlesex Town Hall, 1216 Main St., Route 245, to render a decision after the closed public hearing for the following application:
Application #2026-01-ZBA: Jim Spelman and Spelman Family Limited Partnership are seeking an Administrative Review of the Code Enforcement Officer’s determination not to revoke Building Permit #2018-0450 and not to issue a Stop Work Order for a structure at 766 Newago Avenue, Middlesex, NY, 14507 (Tax Map ID# 11.74-1-1). This application has been consolidated with Application #2025-09-ZBA and incorporates the record of that proceeding.
