NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING FOR TOWN BOARD

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Town of Middlesex Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on October 1, 2026, at 7 p.m. at the Middlesex Town Hall, 1216 Main St., Route 245, to hear the following application/s:
  • App# 2026-10-ZBA: Ian Rogan is seeking a Special Use Permit for the installation of a residential solar array at 5371 Rte. 364, Middlesex, NY, 14507, Tax ID# 23.03-1-7.
  • App# 2026-12-ZBA: Ian Rogan is seeking one area variance for the height of a residential solar array at 5371 Rte. 364, Middlesex, NY, 14507, Tax ID# 23.03-1-7.
  • App# 2026-11-ZBA: Peter Burkholder is seeking an area variance for the front setback of an addition to an existing home at 692 Bagley Rd., Rushville, NY, 14544, Tax ID#13.03-1-7.1.

NOTICE OF PLANNING BOARD WORK SESSION & PUBLIC MEETING The Town of Middlesex Planning Board and Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a joint work session to discuss potential revisions to the Zoning Code from 6-7 p.m., and the Planning Board will hold a public meeting at 7 p.m. on October 7, 2026, at the Middlesex Town Hall, 1216 Main St., Route 245, to review the following applications:  
  • App# 2026-28-SPR: William Grove is seeking a site plan review for construction of an addition to an existing home at 1183 S. Lake Rd., Middlesex, NY, 14507, Tax ID# 21.56-1-6.
 
  • App# 2026-41-SPR: Worden Hill Marine is seeking a site plan review for modification of an approved boat station at 1101 S. Lake Rd, Middlesex, NY, 14507, Tax ID# 21.48-1-3.1
