NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Town of Middlesex Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on September 3, 2026, at 7 p.m. at the Middlesex Town Hall, 1216 Main St., Route 245, to hear the following application/s:
- App# 2026-11-ZBA: Mark Rath is seeking two area variances for the side and front setback of a porch extension at 976 S Lake Rd., Middlesex, NY, 14507, Tax ID# 21.33-1-1.

NOTICE OF PLANNING BOARD WORK SESSION & PUBLIC MEETING
The Town of Middlesex Planning Board will hold a work session to discuss potential revisions to the Zoning Code from 6-7 p.m. and a public meeting at 7 p.m. on September 2, 2026, at the Middlesex Town Hall, 1216 Main St., Route 245, to review the following applications:
- App# 2026-32-SPR: Peter Burkholder is seeking a site plan review for construction of a single-story addition to an existing home at 692 Bagley Rd., Rushville, NY, 14544, Tax ID# 13.03-1-7.1.
- App# 2026-28-SPR: William Grove is seeking a site plan review for construction of an addition to an existing home at 1183 S. Lake Rd., Middlesex, NY, 14507, Tax ID# 21.56-1-6.
- App# 2026-37-SPR: Ian Rogan is seeking a site plan review for construction of a residential solar array at 5371 Route 364, Middlesex, NY, 14507, Tax ID# 23.03-1-7.
- App# 2026-39-SPR: Tim Lafler is seeking a site plan review for an addition, garage and new septic system at 5785 S. Vine Valley Rd, Middlesex, NY, 14507, Tax ID# 12.04-1-9.
